All businesses are bound to have social responsibilities. Every society has to assess where their business stands in terms of social responsibility. Social responsibility of a business grows in a joint force of an active civil society, consumers and investors. There are societal regulations for business. The ethics of a business is that organizations are required to give back a part to the society for its development. Corporates have now realized that they cannot function purely on the motto of profit maximization and have taken upon them the duty of giving back to the society. Business today have upon them the socio-economic responsibilities.
